I was meet by a very friendly member of staff who took me through to a cubicle where I told everything I needed to know about my operation and went through all safety paperwork and was kept up to date as to when I would be going down to theatre. Theatre staff explained everything very well and was done in 10 min I then went back to my cubicle where I given a drink and told I could get dressed nurse then put on a sling and went through all after care all in all was treated very well
