(as a service user),

The practitioner made me feel very at ease. They are the only therapist that has made me feel like this. They were very understanding and made me feel very confident in myself. I found them very good and I appreciate them trying to get me on a reading and writing course which was something I always wanted to do. They tried lots of ways to help me.
