"Doctor didnt turn up"

After contacting the hospital in April this year without them getting back to me, I decided to phone in July and was given an appointment for the next week which I thought was brilliant, unfortunately the doctor didnt turn up and no-one thought to let me know, apparently this was their 'hot week' at Addenbrookes.
