"Love the staff. A happy, easy experience."

The staff that ran my tests today were fab, I should say 1 person on the staff and a very pleasant student. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable and was made aware of everything that would happen during the test. I felt cared about and I was treated as an intelligent person, I was invited to ask questions and was given prompt, patient answers which I appreciate. A happy, easy experience. Thank you.
