About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I have a care plan and I am happy with it, and to sign. they helps me with going through it all. it helps with my diabetes. I have been bullied here but just once and not now which is good. I would like to be closer to my family. move back to Newton lodge. I like to get fresh air here and off the ward when it is possible I like to play the drums over at Southwell.

Hi,I am really pleased to hear that you have a care plan you have been involved in and happy with. Its a concern that you have stated you have been bullied. Please ensure you speak to your named nurse or a staff member about this if this occurs again as we dont want you to feel bullied whilst staying at Rampton. There is a lot of support we can offer if you tell us. It so nice to hear you manage to get off the ward and do some fun things, the Drums in Southwell is a good way to mix with your peers and have some relaxation time. Thank you
