Just a short note to say thank you to Stephanie for providing such brilliant service for my mother in law. Stephanie goes that extra mile not just only for the patient but also to help the family too and is also first class at her job.

We really appreciate feedback - and short notes are great!

Stephanie is a much valued member of the continence team and visits housebound patients in their own homes..

Continence problems can be a real worry for families. We always aim to support and give guidance to family members - who at the end of the day are doing the most important job of caring for their relative.
