About: Rampton Hospital

(as the patient),

Hello. I want you to know that I don't feel involved in my care plan. but my named nurse looks after me very well sometimes but I do feel I am not respected by my named nurse I think they could treat me better. I have felt intimidated by staff from time to time. but some staff are nice to me and treat me with respect. The food here gets cold when it is left outside the door on the Trolly.

I'm sorry you dont feel respected by some staff on the ward, this is somehthing I will feedback and ensure discussed in your team.

The food being cold has already been raised and an action plan is in place to ensure practices improve. This wil be monitoired and audited to seen what improvements save been made.
