I was going through a really difficult and trying time with my 3 year old Daughter, even to the point I didn't know what to do anymore and thought something was wrong with her. I'd even made an appointment at the doctors for us both. Then a friend told me about a course called Incredible Years so I thought it was worth trying.

I found the course so helpful and really good, I just wish I had known about it before and tried it when my daughter was younger.

Thank you for your lovely feedback about the Incredible Years parenting programme.

It is good to hear from parents about how useful the courses are in supporting you with parenting as we all know how hard it can be sometimes.

It doesnt matter that you didn't do it earlier you have now and can see the difference it has made for you and your family.

This course really has changed how I look and act as a parent, the reason I wish I'd done it earlier was that I wouldn't have had to struggle for so long before, I think it's important that parents know there are course to help them, I'd never heard of it till a friend told me, I think it would be a good idea to advertise them more if possible, I will defo tell my friends about it.

I also wanted to say how lovely the 2 ladies were that ran it, Emily and Emma, they made me feel so at ease and they were so caring and understanding.
