"Nurses diagnosis rather than Doctors ."

I went in for routine scan . The waiting room was over crowded .With patients speaking on telephones about very private matters. I was made to feel uncomfortable . The facilities were limited . I was rushed out of the back door .Due to a celebrity group entering the front entrance. Although a private hospital .I have seen excellent care in the NHS .

Really disappointed & I waited several months to be seen too. Paying £550 to be seen . With little or nothing to show for it .Still suffering !

I am very sorry to read this and apologise unreservedly.

Without too much detail and a specific date, bearing in mind this review was posted at least three months later, we can only assume that you may have attended during the launch of our new Endoscopy Suite that was dedicated to a recently passed away member of our staff.

There was a photographer and a number of reporters who had gathered in the reception area.

However, you should have in no way been made to feel uncomfortable or rushed.

This falls woefully below the usual Clare Park experience and our standards have obviously fallen way short of your expectations.

I should like to discuss this further with you.
