"Mental health service? Really? What's the dhft..."

About: Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

I do not know where to start.. I cannot believe this is allowed to happen in 2017!

The mental health services in Derby are appalling and damn right dangerous!

The motto is "proud to be delivering compassionate care"! What a load of rubbish!

Crisis team- as a front line service and when people need support the most.. It seems it is run by nurses that have burnt out on the wards and have been with the trust for too long! That are uncaring, unwilling to listen and patronising.

Radbourne unit- understaffed, dirty, not secure at all, unqualified staff that don't care about patients or recovery!

Liason team- useless, waste of nhs money... Say no more!

Some of the things I seen and witnessed on the wards at the radbourne unit are shocking, staff swearing at patients, mocking patients, leaving patients in distress!

Even the staff stated they were unhappy in there jobs, especially the bank hcas..

I can't stress how much things need to change.
