On the 15th may 2017 I meet with a consultant from this hospital regarding a heart problem I have. They requesting for me to have a heart scan and also to be fitted with a monitor to record my hearts activity this took place on the 18th may. I then went back to see the consultant on 22nd may they said they would phone me on the 24th may with my results and they would also send a letter to me with their finding. I have phoned 3 times and spoke to their secretary and they said they would email the consultant but still nothing. I phoned Friday 7th July and was told a letter had been posted to my doctor and a copy had also been sent to me. I phoned my doctors on 14th July and they still have not received anything. Saturday 15th July and still no letter.
While I am not doubting the consultants ability as a cardiologist everything else leaves a lot to be desired. This is the first time I have ever wrote a bed review I just feel that people need to know.
