About: Alexandra Hospital

On the 15th may 2017 I meet with a consultant from this hospital regarding a heart problem I have. They requesting for me to have a heart scan and also to be fitted with a monitor to record my hearts activity this took place on the 18th may. I then went back to see the consultant on 22nd may they said they would phone me on the 24th may with my results and they would also send a letter to me with their finding. I have phoned 3 times and spoke to their secretary and they said they would email the consultant but still nothing. I phoned Friday 7th July and was told a letter had been posted to my doctor and a copy had also been sent to me. I phoned my doctors on 14th July and they still have not received anything. Saturday 15th July and still no letter.

While I am not doubting the consultants ability as a cardiologist everything else leaves a lot to be desired. This is the first time I have ever wrote a bed review I just feel that people need to know.

I am sorry to see that you had a bad experience with your cardiology appointment.

We have made significant changes and improvements to the service we offer and your feedback was really important as it helped us to understand what we needed to do better.
