About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Was in for routine colonoscopy and found the staff excellent. Very friendly and put me at ease the minute I arrived. The procedure went well and I had constant feedback and explanations from staff on what was happening and different aspects of what they were doing. After procedure staff in recovery unit were great. Tea and biscuits very welcome. Staff great.
