I attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert this morning for a mini op on my leg (cyst removal). I was quite anxious about it so I made sure I was there in plenty time. I got parked no problem and made my way to the Ambulatory Care unit and registered my attendance. I didn't have to wait long and was actually called through about 10mins ahead of my appointment time which was great.
A senior nurse called Kirsty performed the op and was assisted by an auxiliary nurse called Jill. They were both absolutely wonderful, they helped me to relax and performed the op with the absolute minimum of fuss. I was very impressed by their professionalism and kind nature and just wanted to pass on my thanks formally.
Public Bodies such as the NHS are often subject to negative criticism and not nearly enough positive feedback is given. I have nothing but praise for our NHS and the amazing staff it has. Thank you to Kirsty, Jill and all of our NHS for the fantastic job you do.
