I have working with a family that needs practical support. The family consists of mum, dad and son.

Mum has physical and mental ill health (anxiety and depression) and has trouble leaving the house. The son has been diagnosed with ADHD and ASD and is at home after being removed from school. Dad is the named carer for both mum and son and is trying to manage both family members who have completely different sets of needs and he needs support.

The support workers have been very supportive.

What could be improved?  The time is took for support to be given.
