During my visit to the Endoscopy Department at Solihull hospital,  I just wanted to thank all the staff who look after me and made me feel very calm and reassured. I was very nervous about the procedure and was about to walk out due to nerves but the staff were fantastic with me and I couldn't thank you enough.

Well done Solihull hospital!

I am pleased to read that the staff were able to calm and reassure you and that you stayed for your procedure, as I appreciate it can be a very anxious time.
