"My visit to Cardiology at BRI Bristol"

I had an outpatients appointment at the BRI Cardiology Department this week and felt moved to leave a review.

My experience was extremely positive and I was quickly put at ease by the friendly.cheerful staff. The whole unit was clean,with plenty of seats and an easy to read information board.

Every member of staff who dealt with me was professional,respectful and able to answer all my questions. My condition was fully explained to me and I left the department feeling empowered and hopeful

The book I was given, explaining all about heart failure, is excellent. Thank you.
