"Urgent Care Centre"

About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

My wife recently tripped and fractured a bone in her arm. We attended QMH UCC at about 7.30 p.m on a Saturday.

We were visitors to the area, but the staff were pleasant and efficient in collecting information and we were in and out within an hour. This included reception, information gathering, initial consultation, x-raying and final diagnosis.

The x-rays were even sent electronically to our regional hospital for further action.

First rate service and our thanks to all.

The Urgent Care Centre at QMS is provided by Oxleas NHS Trust.

If you'd like to send them your comments, I am sure they'd love to hear them.
