"Excellent care in the Short Stay Surgical unit"

On Monday I was booked in to the Short Stay unit for a urological procedure. I was most impressed by the very good care I received. Every member of staff was kind,welcoming and reassuring. My surgeon and anesthetist introduced themselves and discussed with me exactly what the procedure involved and the possible after affects. I was kept informed at all times what was happening and how long and when my operation would happen and I was treated with dignity at all times.

I really don't think I could possibly have had better care anywhere and I feel fortunate that I am in the catchment area of the RSCH Urology dept.
