We visited Children's A +E on Sunday following My wee boy falling off his scooter and hurting his elbow. He was terrified about his trip to Hospital, but from start to finish every Member of staff we met Made the trip so much easier. From The most pleasant greeting at the reception desk to the lovely Nurse and student Nurse who took the history from us, to the radiographer who did his X-ray and the lovely Dr who was so kind to him that day and explained to him in such simple terms what his injury was and how it would be fixed. I was also truly grateful to the Dr who called 48 hours later to arrange the follow up appointment for us.

A wonderful team and a true representation of how brilliant the NHS actually is! Thankyou!

Dear Rhad, I am delighted to read your positive review, thanks so much for sharing this with us. I hope that your son is on the mend and able to get out and about on his scooter again.

In our A&E everyone in the team is important to deliver the best possible care in often difficult circumstances and it sounds like that the team worked very well together to deliver this for you and your family during your recent visit. Everyone makes such a valuable contribution to the team so I will ensure that I will share your feedback with all staff involved in the service delivery in A&E from front door to nursing, medical and X-ray. Thanks once again for sharing this.
