In May 2016, a surgeon carried out an aortic valve replacement and one heart bypass operation on me.

What a fabulous outcome!.

To say I feel really well is an understatement.

I feel years younger, can walk at a fast pace without getting out of breath for a reasonable distance.and can walk for miles with no problems at all.

My pulse rate is now 72bpm and my blood pressure within acceptable guidelines.

I take no medication whatsoever.
