About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as a relative),

One of the nurses who were working saw my daughter in triage hardly looked her over, hardly described what was wrong with her. Told me to wait in the waiting room to call me in almost an hour later to just hand me a prescription.

About four days later I brought her back as I wasn’t happy and her symptoms were spreading. She called me in and before I stood up while I was still in the waiting room told me there was nothing more she could do when she in front of everyone telling the whole waiting room my business.
