Not enough staff, those employed had a very poor knowledge of English language, found staff extremely hard to understand. Lack of quality care, put in pads when I was not incontinent - suited them.
Couldn't be bothered to get me up out bed and put me on commode.
Difficult to get to see consultants and Doctors.
Wrong notes given to porter when taken for ultrasound, thank goodness I was a dementia patient, I was able to give sonographer my name and date of birth.
No air-con on wards, unbearable during heatwave, fan provided was full of dust particles - quite disgusting and unhealthy.
Lack of physio and occupational therapist 2 covering for both wards, clearly not enough for in-patients.
No co-ordination between departments, social services.
Food on ward absolutely unappetizing, no fresh fruit available from Menu.
Constantly given the wrong food, difficulty making catering understand what I should be having.
Drug chart not written on properly.
Crane Ward need to significantly improve.
