In the spring, after having various scans and tests I had colorectal surgery at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
Being diagnosed with cancer is not easy but the care and kindness I received was very helpful. The surgeon explained everything so well and answered my questions which gave me great confidence.
The operation was successful and after a few days in hospital having good care, I was able to return home and my recovery has been excellent. Knowing follow ups are in place gives a feeling of support still being there. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone involved.
