A number of months ago I attended a&e and couldn't be happier with my treatment the gentleman that booked me in was polite plesent and well manoured although very quiet spoken.
When I was in a&e I saw a young dr cant remember their name but they assessed me and after having test and things done I was discharged with instructions and asked to see my gp
My gp saw me the next day and felt I needed to see a haematologist and within a few weeks I had an appointment at outpatients with dr murphy.
At the clinic I saw dr alice she was extremely plesent and really funny. The nursing staff in outpatients couldn't have been any nicer.
The only staff I know the name of was the girl who took my bloods freida, there was also another girl on the clinic and a young grntalman.
The reception staff were all lovelt and bubbly. I now see the haematology team regularly but got my appointments moved to monklands better for me fot travel
"couldn't be happier with my treatment"
