On Saturday evening I attended a&e with a very painful and inflamed eye.
I was very impressed by the treatment I received.
I was seen by the triage nurse within minutes and saw the doctor within an hour.
As well as quickly treating with irrigation with saline and a thorough examination the doctor made sure they contacted the eye clinic to ensure a follow up appointment.
