My husband had an appointment in outpatients, we went to reception to book in but we were left waiting while the receptionist appeared to be having a chit chat with friends. When we did finally get their attention they were obviously irritated that we'd disrupted them, they were rude and abrupt when we asked for directions.
Not a very pleasant way to greet patients!
