"Faultless delivery of care"

I recently attended Dr Flett's deep implant clinic at the Health Villiage and had to have a minor procedure carried out. I was made to feel safe, relaxed and was kept well informed at every stage of the consultation and during the procedure.

In my opinion, Dr Flett and HCSW Lucy delivered faultless and true person centred care. Should I ever have a need to visit the clinic again, I will have absolutely no anxiety about attending.
