Completely useless. They have hang up 6 separate times when I called them suicidal, offering no help at all.
One of the times was in the middle of the night, I was suicidal and had been waiting to weeks to go into a crisis house due to their failure to make the referrals they promised at A & E. I asked them to admit me into hospital as I could not take any more. Their only response was "we'll give you an appointment with the Crisis Team in 2 days", then they hang up. I rang straight back and when they recognised my voice they hang after less than a minute.
"No help at all"
