"ENT Dept (Day Care1) unit staff"

I would like to thank each and every member of the team within the ENT day care centre whom were involved in assisting my child and all children who attended ENT today 7/7/17. Staff in this department are some of the nicest people I have met. They are highly professional, very dedicated and passionate about their jobs. You can tell they absolutely love kids and want them to have a stress free experience in the hospital throughout their stay. From the admission staff, to nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon play worker, they are really warm and wonderful.

I would like to thank one nurse in particular, they are one of the best nurses I have come across, they have been an absolute gem, very empathetic, and professional, and my daughter thinks they are the best. I hope other wards can adopt similar work ethics. We have a great NHS service and great nurses and doctors and all staff who work day in day out.

Thanks to the nhs I am gets to even right this review, almost lost my life to obesity in 2011, thanks to the hard work if the nhs I am now almost 17 stones lighter.

I hope management in the hospital will pass on my thanks and ny daughter maisha's.
