"Breastfeeding class saved us."

I attended the breastfeeding class run by the infant feeding team. The class was so informative and the midwives were brilliant. I have also been attending the breastfeeding help at moss side sure start since baby H was 5 weeks old...we are still breastfeeding 11 months on. Thank you to the fabulous infant feeding team.

Thank you for your positive comments posted on the NHS Choices website regarding the support you have received from the Breastfeeding support team. The Saint Mary’s midwives provide breastfeeding support at a number of venues across the North West area and I am pleased that you have found the Moss Side Sure Start centre so supportive. It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to read that you found the staff informative and clearly able to support you 11 months on. This is a great achievement and you are to be applauded! I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to Mrs Kathy Murphy, Deputy Director of Nursing and Head of Midwifery and the staff involved.
