"Lack of continuity with care"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Ophthalmology

Feeling really frustrated. Been to the eye clinic 5 times over the last month, each time I've been I've been ive seen a different specialist and diagnosed with something different. And prescribed different medications. Went yesterday to be told I was a mystery, and sent off for more tests. Now have to wait 6 weeks till my next apt. Its too long, I've been told I can't legally drive due to my vision. Been told I can't book in to a local opticians and have to wait to see somebody at Swindon hosp opticians. Getting fed up with all the differing messages and diagnosis'.
