"Can't assess the Mental Health team"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / General Psychiatry

(as the patient),

I’ve been trying to get through to my daughters mental health team. The phone system keeps asking me to enter my indent key.

I phoned this morning and U spoke to them fine. I’m really angry that I need to speak to them about my daughter’s care and I can’t get through and keep going round in circles.

Dear plutoyj49,

I am so sorry you are having a problem getting through to the team. I don't know if there is a phone problem or not. This may seem a stupid suggestion but I have checked and our switch board hasn't had a problem getting through to ACH. Would it be worth phoning Crosshouse and asking them to put you through?
