To whom it may concern

I have had to attend the RVI on several occaisions as a day patient for surgery to my hands.

On most of my visits i have had thegreat fortune to be taken care of by the outstanding staff on ward 39.

Every member of staff i have met has been thoroughly professional beyond belief whilst also being caring and reassuring in equal measures.

If you have the misfortune to require hospital care and you end up on ward 39 you have struck it lucky in my opinion.

May we take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to write in and thank the Directorate for the care and treatment you received whilst attending the Plastic Surgery Department.

It is always good to get feedback from patients when things have gone well and your kind comments have been passed on to Ward 39. The clinical and administration staff work hard to provide an excellent service and we are sure they will appreciate your kind feedback.
