(as a relative),

My fiancé was taken to A&E with chest pains. The level of care he received there, especially from Ian I believe who had to take bloods from his arteries was truly outstanding. Sadly, he passed away and the compassion I found from the Coroners Office, specifically Paula has been overwhelming. At the worst time of my life, I cannot express the gratitude I have for everything you tried to do for Andrew and myself.

Thank you will never be enough.
