"Heroes"

I want to thank the staff at the Urgent Care Unit and the Paediatric Unit who were very friendly and professional. Our 1 year old had high fever temperature and was not very alert. They correctly assessed the situation and we were referred to the Paediatric Unit. Although it took 6 hours in total before we left (we understand that there are also other patients to attend to), we were very satisfied that a correct diagnosis had been made and the correct prescription given which we were consulted about.

The NHS staff are heroes in my opinion, too often under-appreciated.
