About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I checked the hospitals web page to confirm visiting times before travelling to visit a family member.The website clearly states 6pm to 8pm.When we arrived at ward B20 the visiting times have been changed from 6.00pm to 6.30pm .When I mentioned this to the nurse they said they wasnt bothered.Please update the web page to show correct information.Relatives and friends are travelling long distances and paying lots in parking fees to visit the hospital.Bad attitudes of staff doesnt help.Thankyou
