"Helping outpatients reach their department,..."

Arrived 15 minutes before mothers appointment. 15 minute queue for car park. 83 year old mother walked into a and e area needing w.c. Rather than let her walk through x ray department to get to audiology, a jobs worth caring! Paramedic made her walk outside around the building to the main entrance making her 15 minutes late for an appointment which she has been extremely anxious about, meanwhile I caught up with her after taking me 25 minutes to park.
