"excellent patient centred care!"

I had an uncomfortable proceedure done and felt unwell afterwards, but the nurse that looked after me was extremely attentive, friendly and kind. I feel that most people are quick to complain about things and forget the good things that happen. Therefore I would like to mention that Gillian, staff nurse was extremely professional, made me feel at ease, and was a pleasure to have around to make me feel better following my treatment.
