"Appropriate and timely feedback"

The hospital gave appropriate and very timely feedback on my mother's condition following her recent stroke, enabling us to know clearly where she was in her care pathway and to take decisions appropriately.
Staff arranged for advice to me made available quickly if relevant people were not on the ward and personal contact was always made.
Staff were friendly and good-humoured.
