I am writing to you today to say thank you for the amazing care and professionalism provided by the Vascular team on Tuesday 27/06/17. This was my second operation and the entire team were so kind and helpful just like the first time.
The entire team from the minute I entered the operating theatre till the end were magnificent. I can't thank them enough for the great care and help they provided me with. Every time I screamed they tried to divert my attention and lighten the mood. (Especially thank one member of staff for letting me squeeze their hand and for them wiping my tears!!!)
I would really want this dedicated team to be praised for the hard work that they do and they definitely can be the brand ambassadors for the NHS.
Thank you again for everything and I hope they all receive the highest commendations the hospital/trust has to offer.
