"Lack of communication"

I was unhappy with the help I received from them. I was seen on Thursday and they told me to drop in at 2 when the appointments were the next day and I went back on Friday was the first on in as it opened and they told me there was no appointments. I think they shouldn't call it a drop in if you can't get seen. The nurse told me I would be seen Friday and the receptionist told me I was not allowed to be seen. Very unhelpful. Would not recommend.
