"Very Rude X-ray receptionist"

I took my mother to the Ridgeway for a scan.

It was impossible to park and difficult to find a wheelchair or someone to help me and my mother into the hospital.

I was absolutely appalled at the way my mother was spoken to by the person on the reception desk in x-ray.

Their tone of voice and manner was incredibly dismissive and rude, but I was slightly heartened to hear them talk to their colleagues in the same way.

The scanner was in a trailer at the car park at the back, hardly state of the art private healthcare! I will not allow my mother to have treatment or procedures and the Ridgeway again.
