"Too busy to listen and explain"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

29/06/17

Doctor did not seem to have read notes on my sons ear condition. Very quick examination then wanting to put him through surgery on the ear he has least problems with. When we asked for details on operation as they were unsure, they seemed to get very stroppy and quickly discharged him.

Saw the doctor exiting Hospital before we could get there so it seems they were in a hurry.
