"Brilliant service"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

The staff were incredibly friendly kind and worked very hard in a stressful, clearly changeable environment. I'm not from Manchester, but London, and there were a number of tense incidents and stressed patients in the waiting room that were handled brilliantly and kindly. The service was quick and efficient. Many thanks.
