"Service at reception"

(as a service user),

I came in Thursday at 5pm to pick up a prescription and I felt the receptionist on duty was really rude. At first they ignored me until they had finished their conversation with the other receptionist. When I asked for a doctors appointment after 5pm because I work they started looking for nurse appointments in the day time. They kept stopping the search to carry on the conversation (which was not work related) with the other receptionist. Eventually I manage to get them to look for what I asked and finally managed to get an appointment. I've been really impressed with the staff at rope walks previously as they've been really helpful and supportive but this person has I feel let your team down

Hello. I am very sorry to hear that this has been your experience. We are very proud of our reception team, but also recognise that when standards fall below what is expected, it is important to take that feedback seriously. I will make sure your comment is passed on to the reception supervisors.
