2 weeks ago my sister was rushed in to A&E with double pneumonia the staff were really nice and kept us updated, she was then put on a ward and we were then informed that she took a turn for the worst and was transferred to intensive care on penrose ward and then moved to torcross ward and underwent a heart operation and then moved to Torrington ward and onto high dependency. I just wanted to say that they took care of our sister and were brilliant. Words can't express how much we as a family appreciate all that they did for her. She is now home and doing well. What a brilliant team.
