"Marlborough Ward Atrocious treatment!"

About: Derriford Hospital / Clinical haematology

Marlborough Ward: Rude argumentative Nurses who obviously don't want to be there. I heard "Our" NHS was in a sad state but this takes the biscuit. Hand on heart, I wouldn't know where to begin with how I was treated by rude uncarring and unprofessional Nursing staff. Different Doctors saying different things, and one even lieing to me about the results of a test in front of Juniour Doctors. I know for a fact that it was a lie as id only had 2 tests, neither was even remotely to do with what they blatantly lied about. I'd rather suffer than go anywhere near that place again... It was a complete nightmare and I've not even scratched the surface with how i was treated, let alone the other poor people I shared a room with.

Dear sir/madam,

I am incredibly disappointed to read your feedback regarding your stay with us on Marlborough ward. As senior sister to the ward these comments are something I would like to look into more regarding the nurses who cared for you. The nurses who work here on Marlborough are incredibly hard working and caring individuals who take pride in looking after each patient as individuals. I am very sorry you have had this negative experience on Marlborough ward. With regards to the comments raised concerning the medical and nursing staff if you wished to provide me with your name this could be something I could look into for you. Although I understand you would like to remain anonymous this gives me little information to investigate your concerns greatly.

Kind regards, Zoe Hopkinson, Senior sister, Marlborough ward
