"My poorly mum"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Gynaecology

My mum was finally brought down to ocelot ward after along wait. I cannot fault any nurses on this ward they have always gone above and beyond to help my mum while she stayed with you for four nights. The doctors and consultants on the other hand have been a joke, did not even see her or let her know of anything going on. Lost her notes and had her down for just a stomach ache when she was on the list for emergency surgery. Without the nurses this hospital would be in shambles. Nurses I thankyou so much for looking after my mum. Cleanliness is not a good thing here, my mum had ants running by her bed and they gave her bedsheets with stains all over them. So glad she's home so she can now be properly looked after
