My elderly (88 years old) mother in law had a nasty fall whilst visiting Harwich yesterday.
She incurred lacerations to her forehead and nose and was very badly shaken up.
The staff at the Fryatt were exceptionally kind and reassuring to her and she was treated within 5 minutes of arriving at the hospital.
The hospital was spotlessly clean.
