Staff were very friendly and put me very much at ease. Waiting time pre op acceptable. very attentive +++.

It is always gratifying and motivating for staff when patients recognise and comment on their professionalism and the care they provide.

All staff in Endoscopy and Day Surgery recognise that coming in for a procedure can be a daunting experience, they always do their best to make sure their patients are kept informed and made to feel at ease; I'm glad that was your experience.

Endoscopy is a busy service and I'm pleased to hear that you didn't have to wait long. It will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the Endoscopy Service.
